Cancellation Policy

By booking a service, you agree to the following terms. These ensure your project is handled with the highest quality and efficiency. 1. File Preparation To avoid delays or additional "prep fees," please ensure your files meet these standards: Format: 24-bit or 32-bit WAV/AIFF files. Alignment: All tracks must be "zeroed out" (starting at 0:00) and perfectly in sync. Headroom: Ensure no clipping on individual tracks. Remove all master bus processing (limiters/compression) unless essential to the sound. Labeling: If sending a stemmed track, Clearly name every file (e.g., Snare_Top, Synth_Lead). Note: Turnaround time begins only once all correct files are received. 2. Payment & Delivery Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start. Final Release: High-resolution masters are delivered only after the final balance is paid. Refunds: Due to the time-intensive nature of the work, deposits and final payments are non-refundable. 3. Revisions Included: Your booking includes [Number] rounds of revisions. Definitions: Revisions cover mix adjustments (e.g., "more bass," "vocals up"). Exclusions: Adding new recordings or changing the song’s arrangement after work has started is considered "Additional Production" and will incur extra fees. Expiration: Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. 4. Turnaround & Rush Fees Standard: First mix delivery is typically [5-10] business days. Rush: 48-hour delivery is available for a [50%] surcharge, pending availability. 5. File Storage Retention: I will archive your session for 90 days.
